  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Talazu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)

We are happy to ship internationally.

  • International orders are charged a flat shipping fee, which is calculated based on the destination and shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier and may be affected by customs processing.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns and Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
